Reset your password, request an email change or data copy, and find guidance on unfamiliar sign-ins and account deletion.
- Reset your password Request an email link, set a new password and sign in again.
- Change your account email Contact us with your current address and the one you want to use. The change also affects your sign-in on SubLearn and the sites that use the same account.
- If someone else is using your account Reset your password and contact us about sign-ins or activity you don't recognize.
- Request a copy of your data Ask us for the personal data we hold about you. Tell us whether you mean MicroItalian records or your whole shared account.
- Request account deletion Contact us and say whether you want to delete MicroItalian records or your whole shared account. Request a copy of anything you want to keep first.
