Reset your password

Open the sign-in page and choose the password recovery option. Enter the email address you use for your account, then request a reset link.

You use the same account on SubLearn and the learning sites. Changing its password here changes the password you use there too. This does not give you a subscription to another site.

Set a new password

Open the link in the reset email. Enter a new password with at least 8 characters, enter it again in the confirmation field and save it. You can then sign in with the new password.

The link works once and expires after 60 minutes. If it has expired or you have already used it, request a new link and open the newest email.

If the email doesn't arrive

Check your spam folder and the address you entered. The page shows the same confirmation for every address; that confirmation doesn't prove that an account exists or that an email was delivered.

Wait at least a minute before trying again. Another request for the same address during that minute does not send a second email.
