If someone else is using your account

Updated 10 October 2026

Reset your password and contact us about sign-ins or activity you don't recognize.

If you think someone is using your account without permission, reset your password. Choose a password you don't use for other services.

You use the same account on SubLearn and the language-learning sites that share its account service. Your new password applies to sign-ins on those sites too.

Report activity you don't recognize

Open the contact page and use the contact method shown there. Describe what you noticed, which site it happened on and when. Include your account email, but keep passwords, sign-in codes and reset links private.

If you cannot access your email inbox anymore, tell us. We may need to verify that the account is yours before taking action.

If you used a shared computer

Sign out before leaving the computer. Closing a tab or window does not always sign you out. Avoid saving your password in someone else's browser.

If you no longer have access to that computer, reset your password and tell us what happened. Don't assume that a password reset immediately closes every existing session across all sites.

Check your email security too

Your email inbox can be used to recover access to your account. If you think someone has accessed it, check your email provider's security settings and change that password too. To use a different address on our account, see changing your account email.
